Access: You are purchasing digital downloads with instant access. Files: We have made sure the files can be accessed and used by anyone on any device, including iOS, Windows, and Android, either with the standard programs they are intended for or online in your browser through Google Docs and Google Sheets, which are available free of charge with a Google account. Depending on the product, your download may include Microsoft Word (.docx) files, Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) files, PDF documents, PNG images, or PDF files linking to Canva templates. In some cases, additional software may be recommended in the file guide, such as PhotoScape X for the mock-up templates, although the image files can also be used in other programs as standard PNG files. Please note that opening files in software not recommended in the file guide, such as Pages or other alternatives, may cause compatibility issues.
