Please read the following Terms of Sale carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Template Only – Not a Full Website
Your purchase includes only the design template for a Squarespace website. It does not include a live website, domain registration, or Squarespace subscription. To publish your website, you will need to create or connect a Squarespace account and pay the relevant subscription fees directly to Squarespace. We strongly recommend reviewing Squarespace’s current pricing before making your purchase.
2. Onboarding Process
Once your order is completed, you will receive: (i) A step-by-step PDF installation guide; (ii) A video walkthrough (iii) Personalized support via email. This onboarding process typically takes up to one week, depending on communication and customer response times. However, in most cases, the process is much quicker.
3. Customization Disclaimer
The template is designed for easy, guided customization based on the provided PDF and video tutorial. If you choose to make significant changes beyond the instructions provided, you do so at your own risk. We cannot offer troubleshooting or support for design or layout issues caused by custom edits outside the scope of the guide.
4. Technical Issues
All technical operations (such as uptime, hosting reliability, or account-related issues) are the responsibility of Squarespace. CAI is not liable for any Squarespace-related technical issues or website downtime. For any such concerns, please contact Squarespace Support. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.

Access: You are purchasing digital downloads with instant access. As soon as your purchase is completed, you will be redirected to a secure download page where you can safely download and save your files to your computer. You will also receive an order confirmation email with download links in the download column. In addition, all purchased files remain permanently accessible in your CAI account dashboard under the downloads section. These downloads do not expire.
Files: We have made sure the files can be accessed and used by anyone on any device, including iOS, Windows, and Android, either with the standard programs they are intended for or online in your browser through Google Docs and Google Sheets, which are available free of charge with a Google account. Depending on the product, your download may include Microsoft Word (.docx) files, Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) files, PDF documents, PNG images, or PDF files linking to Canva templates. In some cases, additional software may be recommended in the file guide, such as PhotoScape X for the mock-up templates, although the image files can also be used in other programs as standard PNG files. Please note that opening files in software not recommended in the file guide, such as Pages or other alternatives, may cause compatibility issues. To make everything as clear and user-friendly as possible, every purchase includes a file guide with instructions on accessing, opening, and using your files correctly.
