Scheduling your mentorship service: After completing your purchase, Julien Delagrange will personally contact you by email to arrange a suitable date and time for your video call. Before the session, we will also correspond to identify your main questions and challenges, exchange relevant materials, and define a clear focus so we can prepare thoroughly and make the most of our time together.
Consultation platform: All video calls take place via Google Meet. Google Meet is free to use, works directly in your browser, and does not require any software installation. You will simply receive a private link to join the meeting from your computer, tablet, or phone.

Once a consultation has taken place, or once work on an advisory report has started, the service is considered initiated and refunds are no longer available. Any refund remains solely at the discretion of Contemporary Art Issue. Please note that transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.
