We are online.
November 1st, 2020, Contemporary Art Issue — an international publisher of collectible art books and online platform on contemporary art — is launched on www.contemporaryartissue.com.
What can we expect from Contemporary Art Issue? First and foremost, the main activity as a publisher includes the production and publishing of collectible art books and publishing series within the selected field of research – in particular recent art historiography and the current generation of contemporary artists, with a strong emphasis on representational painting. Secondly, the publishing house aims to set up artist-run projects and collaborations with various actors working in the field, including artist monographs, artist editions, exhibition catalogues and more. The publishing activities mentioned above will be characterized by an innovative approach and attitude towards book publishing in the 21st century. Contemporary Art Issue questions and rethinks the organization and methodology of the publishing house. As a result, the entity of Contemporary Art Issue expands the traditional offline activities of the publisher by establishing an online platform, community and forum, publishing online articles, interviews, columns and more, in close cooperation with the artists and other actors working in the field, reaching out to a wider audience and greater participation, distinguishing itself from other publishing houses.
See you soon!
