CAI operates with a mission to make professional art-world knowledge more accessible. Our pricing reflects a commitment to ethical, transparent, and fair access, allowing artists to benefit from high-level guidance without the financial barriers often associated with traditional art education.
How quickly will I receive access after purchasing a product?
For in-house digital products such as career tools, templates, and educational resources, access is granted immediately after purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email containing the download links for your purchased files. In addition, you can access your purchases at any time through your CAI account dashboard, under the “Downloads” section after logging in.
Our Squarespace website templates are delivered through a custom Squarespace invitation link. As explained in the PDF guide and video tutorial—both sent instantly after purchase—you will need to provide the email address connected to your new or existing Squarespace account. This allows us to grant access to the template directly within your Squarespace workspace. Once we receive your Squarespace account email address, we will send the invitation to access your template within two working days.
For consultation sessions and advisory reports, you will be contacted by email after completing your purchase in order to schedule your Google Meet session. Please note that these services are conducted personally by Julien Delagrange, and availability is limited. As a result, there is usually a waiting list of approximately 2 to 8 weeks, depending on current demand.
For physical products such as books, ephemera, and artworks, delivery time depends on your location and the size of the item purchased. Artworks typically require a preparation period of 1–5 business days before shipping. Delivery time is added to this preparation period and varies depending on the shipping destination. In most cases, delivery takes between 1 and 15 business days.

Can I receive an invoice?
Yes. You will have the opportunity to download your invoice directly after completing your purchase. You can also access invoices for past purchases through your account dashboard. After logging in, go to the Orders section. In the Actions column, click View to see the full order details or Invoice to download your invoice.
