Once a consultation has taken place, or once work on an advisory report has started, the service is considered initiated and refunds are no longer available. Any refund remains solely at the discretion of Contemporary Art Issue. Transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.

Who hosts the mentorship sessions?
All mentorship sessions are hosted personally by Julien Delagrange, the founder and director of Contemporary Art Issue. Julien is a Belgian contemporary artist and art historian who holds an MA in the Science of Arts. He has worked with leading art institutions such as BOZAR, the Jan Vercruysse Foundation, and Ghent University Library, and has lectured at universities including Ghent University, the Limerick School of Art & Design, the University of Antwerp, and Lanzhou University. He is also a published author and is represented by reputable art galleries in Paris and Antwerp.

What platform is used for the video calls?
All video calls take place via Google Meet. Google Meet is free to use, works directly in your browser, and does not require any software installation. You will receive a private link to join the meeting from your computer, tablet, or phone.
Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
After your purchase, you will be in contact with Julien before the session to identify your main questions and challenges and to exchange relevant materials. This preparation process ensures that the session is focused and productive. Specific preparation steps will be discussed during this correspondence.
